NOW HIRING: TAP ROOM MANAGER

Requirements for WF Tap Room Manager position: 

  • Be an inspiring team leader and devoted “team player” who takes pride in the success of their team

  • Possess natural and exceptional hospitality skills

  • Be highly organized

  • Thrive in fast-paced and diverse team environment

  • Makes certain that our team members educate our guests about our craft beers, the craft beer industry and give personal attention to our customers

  • Creating and maintaining a pleasant tap room environment (temperature, music, cleanliness, conduct) 

  • Be effective and maintain an even keel during stressful situations

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Be high-energy, gregarious, and friendly – an absolute “people person”

  • Be resourceful, problem solve, be adaptable, and think quickly on his or her feet

  • Be able to stand on his/her feet 10 hours, individually lift up to 65lbs and frequently move kegs approximately 170lbs with assistance 

  • Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant or brewery tap room management

  • Ability to work nights and weekends is a must

  • Proficiency in Office, Excel, Word, Google Docs, Square or similar POS systems

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Beer Menus and Untapped)
