  • HILDEGARD VON BINGEN WAS A BENEDICTINE NUN AND A WELL KNOWN HERBALIST, MYSTIC AND MUSICIAN. CONSIDERED A SAINT BY MANY, THIS SAISON IS OUR TRIBUTE TO HER WITH HALLERTAU TRADITION, CZECH SAAZ, AND STYRIAN GOLDING HOPS.

JARRYLO EXPERIMENTAL – BRITISH II - 5.5% ABV 42.0 IBU 12.07 SRM 1.055 OG

  • THIS RYE PALE ALE IS BREWED WITH A NEW EXPERIMENTAL HOP VARIETY OUT OF YAKAMA VALLEY CALLED JARRYLO. WE SPLIT THE BATCH INTO 4 VESSELS AND FEREMTED THE BEERS WITH DIFFERENT YEAST STRAINS. THIS VERSION USED A BRITISH ALE STRAIN.

LAKE EFFECT COLLABORATION KIWI SNOW - 6.83% ABV 59.5 IBU 4.86 SRM 1.068 OG

  • AN INDIAN PALE ALE BREWED AND DRY HOPPED WITH NEW ZEALAND MOTUEKA AND NELSON SAUVIN HOPS AND WE ADDED FRESH KIWI.

  • WE BREWED THE MIDWEST BREWERS FEST COLLABORATION BELGIAN ALE WITH OUR FRIENDS FROM MWBF, FLESK, HOPVINE, NEVIN'S, URBAN LEGEND AND HOMEBREWERS FROM PALE HOMEBREW CLUB. A VERY LIGHT BODIED BELGIAN ALE WITH MIDWESTERN RAW WHEAT, EXPERIMENTAL JARRYLO HOPS AND LOCAL RAW HONEY. RANDALLED THROUGH FRESH RASPBERRIES

NO CREAM ~ ANTI-CREAM ALE - 4.75 % ABV 16 IBU 3.4 SRM 1.049 OG

  • NO CREAM FEATURES A 70% BARLEY MALT 30% WHEAT “ALL-MALT” BLEND TO BEAT THE HEAT.    

OATS MADE ME DO IT! - 6.4% ABV 41.4 IBU 5.7 SRM 1.051 OG

  • WE COULDN'T DO A NORMAL PALE ALE. THE OATS WOULDN'T LET US. THEY MADE US THROW CITRA HOPS IN THE MASH WITH THEM, AND WHEN THAT WASN'T ENOUGH, THEY MADE US THROW MORE IN THE BOIL, THEN EVEN MORE WHILE THEY COOLED OFF.

OATYLOCHS - 5.12% ABV  33.0 IBU 6.78 SRM 1.057 OG

  • FIRST WE HAD THE THREE BEARS, THEN OATYLOCHS SHOWED UP AND CRASHED THE PARTY. A SUPER MALTY SCOTTISH GOLDEN ALE.

OKTOBERFEST - 5.1% ABV 22.9 IBU 11.91 SRM 1.056 OG

  • CLASSIC GERMAN LAGER WITH AMBER TO LIGHT ORANGE HUES IN THIS SEASONAL BEER. MALT CHARACTER IS SLIGHTLY TOASTY AND BALANCED WITH GERMAN HALLERTAU AND CZECH SAAZ HOPS TO HIGHLIGHT THE FLAVORS OF THIS FESTIVE TIME OF YEAR.

OMEGA EXPERIMENTAL – HYBRID #5 - 6.5% ABV 26.1 IBU 3.43 SRM 1.064 OG

  • WE TOOK OUR BASE FARMHOUSE VULTURES RECIPE AND SPLIT IT INTO 11 DIFFERENT FERMENTERS AND PITCHED VARIOUS OMEGA HYBRID YEAST STRAINS. THIS VARIANT CONTAINS YEAST HYBRID #5 FROM CROSS BREEDING OMEGA IRISH ALE AND OMEGA BELGIAN A YEAST STRAINS. 

PEACH FUZZ - 6.4%ABV 18.8 IBU 3.55 SRM 1.056 OG

  • TART WITBIER WITH GRILLED PEACHES - WE COLLABORATED WITH OUR FRIENDS AT SOLSTICE IN WESTERN SPRINGS TO BREW UP AN AWESOME WITBIER WITH STYLE.  THEY GRILLED 50 LBS OF MICHIGAN PEACHES AND BLENDED THEM WITH LOCAL HONEY AND LEMON JUICE.

THE BEER FORMERLY KNOWN AS PINEAPPLE EXPRESS - 7.1% ABV 55.7 IBU 10.88 SRM 1.069 OG

  • DRY HOPPED WITH CITRA AND AMARILLO HOPS, THIS BEER HAS STRONG TROPICAL FRUIT NOTES COMING FROM ITS COPIOUS HOP ADDITIONS.

PLAINFIELDIAN DARK ALE - 6.69% ABV 50.5 IBU 24.72 SRM 1.063 OG

  • BREWED IN THE STYLE OF A CASCADIAN DARK ALE, WE COLD STEEPED MIDNIGHT WHEAT AND WEYERMANN CARAFA SPECIAL III MALTS TO GIVE THIS BEER A BLACK COLOR. MASSIVELY HOPPED WITH COLUMBUS, SIMCOE, MOSAIC AND AMARILLO HOPS.

FARMHOUSE PRESSURE DROP - 7.6% ABV 86.2 IBU 8.53 SRM 1.073 OG

  • FARMHOUSE IPA - A FUNKY IPA WITH TONS OF COLUMBUS, CITRA, AMARILLO AND GALAXY HOPS.  DON'T LET THE HIGH ABV FOOL YOU, THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DRINKABLE HOPPY FARMHOUSE IPA.

PRESSURE DROP - 6.96% ABV 86.8 IBU 8.53 SRM 1.066 OG

  • OUR FIRST INDA PALE LAGER, PRESSURE DROP COMBINES FIVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF HOPS WITH A LIGHT MALTY BODY TO CREATE A HOP MONSTER. OH YEAH, YOU GONNA FEEL IT WHEN IT DROPS ON YOU.

PUTIN IS A DOUCHE - 11% ABV 63 IBU 32 SRM 1.092 OG

  • AN AMERICAN IMPERIAL STOUT AGED IN A JOURNEYMAN BUGGYWHIP BARREL WITH FREEDOM, LIBERTY, AND BALD EAGLES.

REPLICALE - 5.9% ABV 37.3 IBU 11.8 SRM 1.060 OG

  • REPLICALE IS A PROJECT WE PARTICIPATED IN THROUGH THE ILLINOIS CRAFT BREWERS GUILD. WE WERE ONE OF 33 BREWERIES THAT TOOK PART IN BREWING THIS BEER. OUR VERSION USED 95% PILSEN MALT, 2.5% CARARED, 2.5% 170L PATAGONIAN CARAMEL MALT AND ALL CASCADE HOPS. THE PATAGONIAN MALT LENDS A SUBTLE SMOKE FLAVOR TO THE BEER.

SEX PANTHER - 6.69% ABV 80.6 IBU 31.3 SRM 1.016 OG

  • OUR BLACK IPA BREWED WITH ALL CITRA HOPS.

SLEEPY BEAR - 9.6% ABV  63.0 IBU 3.49 SRM 1.106 OG

  • A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT FULL OF ROASTED MALTS, RYE OATS, HONEY MALT, BROWN SUGAR, AND MAGNUM AND FUGGLE HOPES. STRAIGHT OUT OF HIBERNATION, WE RECOMMEND NOT FEEDING THE SLEEPY BEAR.

TART ME BLANC - 6.17% ABV 23.8 IBU 4.9 SRM 1.057 OG

  • WE WANTED TO TRY SOMETHING A LITTLE EXPERIMENTAL, SO WE BREWED A SMOOTH BELGIAN STYLE SAISON WITH HALLERTAU BLANC HOPS AND BRETTANOMYCES LAMBICUS ADDED TO GIVE IT THAT EXTRA TART KICK.

  • THE FIRST BEER IN OUR BUG SERIES! WE MADE UP A BATCH WITH A PILSNER MALT BASE, SOME FLAKED OATS AND RAW WHEAT, THEN SPLIT IT UP AND PUT A DIFFERENT BUG IN EACH. THIS ONE WAS 100% FERMENTED WITH BRETT TOIS FROM OUR FRIENDS AT OMEGA YEAST LABS. DON'T SEND IT BACK, THE BUGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE!

  • WE DECIDED TO BREW A MILD ALE BECAUSE WE LIKE MILDS. HOWEVER, IN TRADITIONAL WERK FORCE FASHION, WE MADE IT AN ULTRA PREMIUM SUPER MILD.

  • WE BREWED THIS IPA WITH 100% NEW ZEALAND WAIMEA HOPS GIVING IT SUPER JUICY CITRUS AND PINE CHARACTER.

  • FRESH WET HOPPED HARVEST ALE - WE USED CASCADE HOPS THAT WERE GROWING ON THE FRONT OF OUR BUILDING FOR THIS BEER. WE ADDED A BUNCH TO THE MASH AND EVEN MORE AT THE END OF THE BOIL TO GIVE THIS A SUPER RESINOUS MOUTHFEEL AND HOP AROMA.
