We invite you to the gates of Werk Force. The 2025 variant of our award winning Hell Bear features a blend of Sleepy Bear aged in both Buffalo Trace Mash #2 and Willett bourbon barrels. Once extracted from the barrels we rested this chocolate bomb on Carolina Reaper, Chocolate Scorpion and Brain Strain peppers as well as roasted cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla. The end result is a perfect harmony of rich fudgy goodness with a touch of heat and smooth vanilla that make you come back for more. A great balance of notes between the layers of flavor hell-town. Welcome to the world of Hell Bear!

Bourbon Barrel Aged Black Barleywine – 12.0% ABV

We’d like to welcome to the Werk Force world our latest evolution of tradition. This barleywine spent 18 months resting in bourbon casks, slowly marrying together rich layers of toasted oak, vanillin and toffee. Built on a foundation of ¾ English-style barleywine and blended with ¼ of our beloved Sleepy Bear imperial stout, the result is a bold, decadent expression we call a black barleywine. Waylon echoes notes of bourbon-soaked chocolate and dark fruit. Smooth yet powerful, this beer is both contemplative and indulgent, perfect for savoring slowly, sip by sip.

Farmhouse Ale aged in Tom Cat Gin Barrels – 6.5% ABV

Our classic Farmhouse Vultures takes flight in a whole new direction after resting in freshly emptied Tom Cat gin barrels. A beautiful balance of botanical notes of juniper, citrus peel, and spice match perfectly with the bright character of the Saison yeast. All finishing with a delicate oak presence and dry finish. Complex yet refreshingly drinkable, this Farmhouse Vultures is a classic for us that we haven’t had in production since 2015.
