Join us for a morning of PiYo Live with Amy Rudakas for a low-impact workout that uses the core-focused benefits of pilates along with flexibility and power of yoga. You burn calories, gain flexibility, core strength, balance, and stability. The moves can be modified or intensified to fit your own fitness level.
A yoga mat, towel, and water are recommended.

We've all been waiting for this most anticipated release and we can't be more proud to release these beers all together - what an amazing year 2018 was for us as a brewery and our passion for beer within the craft community. As many of you know we landed our First World Beer Cup Award, as well as, DOUBLE Medaled in the Fruit Beer Category at the Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers. This Saturday these three beers will be released into the wild - be sure to scoop them up while you can because once they're gone....they're GONE. Each one is truly one of a kind.
Subtilus - European Style Farmhouse Ale, 7.4% ABV
2018 Silver Medal Winner - World Beer Cup
A European Farmhouse Ale, using an old world method of mashing malt with Barley straw in an oak barrel. Lightly hopped with Czech Saaz, this will be fermented in our favorite barrel WB-11. This barrel has been home to 14 different beers, building a ‘barrel culture’ through inoculations of wild yeasts including brettanomyces claussenii, lambicus, and bruxellensis. This very special beer was entered into the Historical Beer category at the World Beer Cup and we fell off our rockers when we won a Silver Medal!

Tasting Notes: Wild Berries - Fresh Toasted Oak - Mixed Berry Pie
We took our Farmhouse Vultures recipe and put a unique spin on it. We aged a portion with blackberries in a cabernet sauvignon barrel and the other portion in a chardonnay barrel with raspberries. The end result was a beautiful blend that ended up earning us a Gold Medal in this year's Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers.

Charlie Birger was a bootlegger from Southern Illinois who had an affinity for fighting the good fight. We brewed a beer that had a tip of the hat to So. IL. which has a large history in mid-American wine and shine running. This beer is a blend of three red wine barrels, one which we aged a saison with black currants and the other two held a blend of saisons and cabernet sauvignon grape must. The result was an incredible beer that placed us with a Silver Medal in the 2018 Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beers.
