Another round from our latest collaboration with Flesk Brewing Co. We took our brewing methods old school and brewed an American Farmhouse Ale. The mash for the beer took place in a 60 gallon wine barrel using a bed of barley straw at the bottom to filter the wort. After we boiled the wort, we decided to split it into multiple fermenters, each with their own twist.

TAPPING ALERT! The Electric Candle Light - A super citrusy wheat IPA we brewed in collaboration with our friends at Mikerphone Brewing. We used all German Mandarina Bavaria hops and added copious amounts of zest and juice from minneola oranges, ugli fruit, blood oranges and tangerines.

Tapping Event this Friday March 20th! Our delicious collaboration brew with South Loop Brewing Company: Damn It Jim, I'm A Coffee Porter Not A Stout 5.2% ABV. A robust porter with cold press coffee added at the end of the boil and during fermentation. It will be on tap all day 10am-7pm - meet the brewers between 4:30-6:30pm.

Each year the Illinois Craft Brewer's Guild selects a beer style for 15 or more brewers to "replicate". We did a collaboration brew with our buddies at Aleman Brewing, a dry Belgian brown ale with a bunch of locally sourced honey from T's Bees, we're tapping it THIS Saturday 2/7 at the Werk Force Tap Room - meet the brewers and taste the deliciousness. We're open from 10-5pm.
